Clarins has just launched a new scientific story and new product packaging for its Extra-Firming range. As with all of its products, Clarins has a new ingredient discovery – Kangaroo Flower, native to Australia which helps plump and firm the skin.
Clarins laboratories have discovered specific areas within the skin where fibroblasts are grouped together in a protective nest. These clustered fibroblasts have a high potential of regeneration, and new Extra-Firming Day Creams help to do exactly this.
For the first time, Clarins studied the impact of ageing on the specific fibroblast activity during night time and has discovered new mineral ingredient Moonstone Hydrated Silica which is included in the Night Creams and encourages night-time regeneration to maintain the skin’s youthful qualities.
